About your provider

Care at MelMedic is provided by Melanie Miller, FNP, a licensed family nurse practitioner with full practice authority in the states she serves. She is a licensed provider, not a physician. Nurse practitioners with full practice authority are licensed to evaluate patients, diagnose, order and interpret tests, and prescribe medications within their scope of practice.

No guarantees of treatment or outcomes

Telehealth is appropriate for many, but not all, health concerns. All clinical decisions, including whether a prescription, lab order, or referral is appropriate, are made by the treating provider during your visit based on clinical judgment. MelMedic does not guarantee that any particular medication will be prescribed, that any specific service will be provided, or that any particular health outcome will be achieved. MelMedic does not prescribe controlled substances or medical marijuana.
