A dedicated review and management of your medications, with refills sent when clinically appropriate.
Comprehensive Primary Care Visit
Your complete visit: medication review, chronic condition management, weight management, a full assessment and treatment plan, labs and imaging when indicated, specialist referrals, and education. Lab results are reviewed at a follow-up visit.
Final pricing may vary depending on the complexity of your visit and services provided. If additional laboratory testing, imaging, prescriptions, or referrals are recommended, those services may be billed separately by the respective providers or facilities.

Self-pay medical visits are typically eligible for reimbursement through Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Check with your plan administrator to confirm your eligibility.

Labs & extrasWhat is not included in the visit fee?
Additional laboratory testing, imaging, prescriptions, and referrals may be billed separately by the pharmacy, lab, or facility that provides them. Direct-ship compounded therapies are priced separately by the compounding pharmacy, and every cost is confirmed with you before anything is prescribed or shipped.
HSA / FSACan I use my HSA or FSA?
Self-pay medical visits are generally qualified medical expenses eligible for HSA and FSA reimbursement. Check with your plan administrator to confirm.
