New patient visit
Up to 20 minutes, phone or video.
Your first visit. An assessment of your concern, a treatment plan, and a prescription, lab order, or referral when clinically appropriate.
Medications, labs, and imaging are billed by your pharmacy or lab, not by us.
Follow-up visit
Up to 15 minutes, phone or video.
For patients seen in the last 12 months. How you're doing, adjustments to your plan, continued prescriptions where appropriate.
Comprehensive primary care
Up to 30 minutes, phone or video.
Your conditions and medications, brought into one coordinated plan. Labs and referrals as needed.
For patients managing more than one ongoing condition.
Refill review
Brief telehealth appointment, for established patients.
A one-month bridge refill of a current prescription, to cover the gap until you see your regular provider.
Refill Review is available to established MelMedic® patients who have completed at least one prior visit with Melanie. If you have not previously had a visit with Melanie, please select the $69 New Patient Visit. A medication refill request can be included during your visit.
One month, twice a year. Not available for controlled substances.
Message membership
Message Melanie. Answer within one business day.
For ongoing care. Weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, thyroid, mood, anything that needs regular check-ins. Questions between visits and how a medication is working. Prescription refills are handled through a Refill Review appointment.
Requires a prior visit with Melanie first. The New Patient Visit is $69, and Follow-Up Visits after that are $45 each. Cancel anytime, one click.
Final pricing may vary depending on the complexity of your visit and services provided. If additional laboratory testing, imaging, prescriptions, or referrals are recommended, those services may be billed separately by the respective providers or facilities.

Additional laboratory testing, imaging, prescriptions, and referrals may be billed separately by the pharmacy, lab, or facility that provides them. Every cost is confirmed with you before anything is prescribed.
HSA / FSACan I use my HSA or FSA?
Self-pay medical visits are generally qualified medical expenses eligible for HSA and FSA reimbursement. Check with your plan administrator to confirm.
